When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, suburb, email address (optional), the service you need and any message you include.

If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and anything you send, such as photos of your roof.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We don't sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing.

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form service that passes your message on to our email inbox.

Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether someone taps to call us or sends an enquiry. We use this to understand how the site is performing and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited.
