Most roof problems start small. Caught early, they're usually simpler and less costly to fix.

  1. Stains on the ceiling

    Brown marks or bubbling paint usually mean water is getting in somewhere above.

  2. Cracked or slipped tiles

    Even one out of place can let rain run straight into the roof space.

  3. Crumbling ridge caps

    If the pointing along the ridges is cracking or falling out, it's due for repointing.

  4. Faded, mossy tiles

    Moss holds water against the tiles. A restoration cleans, repairs and seals them.
